EAEU technical regulation on alcohol products enters into force

From 1 January 2026 the EAEU technical regulation on alcohol products, adopted by EEC Council Decision No.21 of 21.02.2025, is in force.

What is required

• Confirmation of alcohol product conformity with safety requirements;
• Correct labelling with full consumer information;
• Valid conformity documents before products are placed on the market.

Manufacturers and importers who have not yet prepared documentation are advised to do so as soon as possible to avoid supply interruptions.
