EAEU HS codes updated for printing inks

From 1 July 2026, by EEC Board Decision No.43 of 07.04.2026, new EAEU HS codes were established for printing inks.

What changed

• New codes 3215 11 000, 3215 11 000 1/2/9, 3215 19 000, 3215 19 000 1/2/9
• Import customs duty — 0–5% of customs value
• Subheadings 3215 11 000 0 and 3215 19 000 0 are removed

Importers of printing inks should apply the new classification at customs clearance. Source: EEC Board Decision No.43 of 07.04.2026.
