Rosaccreditation suspends for 12 months the certificates of two certification bodies from Kyrgyzstan
Rosaccreditation has suspended for 12 months the validity in Russia of conformity-assessment documents issued by two certification bodies from Kyrgyzstan — NukuraSert LLC and KSK Alliance LLC. The measure applies from 20 May 2026. The basis is Russian Government Decree No. 87 of 6 February 2026.
The reason cited is systemic violations in the work of these bodies. In practice this means that the certificates of conformity they issued are no longer recognised by the Russian supervisory authorities: they cannot be used for customs clearance or to confirm product conformity in Russia.
Holders of such documents need to re-issue their certificates through another valid accredited body. The status of the body and of the document itself can be checked in the Rosaccreditation register (fsa.gov.ru): if a certificate was issued by NukuraSert or KSK Alliance, it must be replaced to avoid disrupting supplies.
This is not the first suspension in recent months — Rosaccreditation is systematically clearing the market of unscrupulous certification bodies, including those from EAEU countries. We recommend checking a body’s accreditation in advance before issuing or renewing certificates.
How ANEK RUS can help. We will check your certificates against the Rosaccreditation register, assess the risks and, if necessary, re-issue the documents through a valid accredited body — remotely, across all of Russia. Message us on Telegram @anekrus_cert or send a request on the website.
