From 1 August 2026 the fees for registering telecom declarations change

From 1 August 2026 the procedure for paying the state fee to register a declaration of conformity for telecom equipment changes (Interagency Working Group protocol No.40-AKh of 29.05.2026).

New fee amounts

• RUB 9,000 — when submitted via the Gosuslugi portal
• RUB 20,000 — when submitted on paper
• Obtaining information from declaration registers remains free of charge
