State Registration Certificate (SGR)
A State Registration Certificate (SGR) — known in Russian as Svidetelstvo o gosudarstvennoy registratsii — is a mandatory document required for importing food products, dietary supplements, cosmetics, children's goods, household chemicals and certain other goods into Russia and the wider Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
ANEK RUS works directly with the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection (Rospotrebnadzor) and conducts the required laboratory tests in its own accredited facilities, so there are no intermediaries and no hidden fees.
When is an SGR required?

- Materials in contact with food or drinking water
